This Cookie Policy explains how Acquify Co. ("Acquify," "we") — the trading name of Acquify LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company — uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on acquify.co (the "Site"), and how you can control them. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.

2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. We also use similar technologies with the same effect, including tracking pixels (small transparent images that report back when a page loads) and locally stored data. In this Policy, "cookies" refers to all of these unless stated otherwise.

  • Advertising & retargeting — Lets us and our advertising partners measure ad performance and show you (or similar audiences) relevant ads on other platforms after you visit our Site. We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel. Example: _fbp and related Meta cookies. Duration: up to 90 days. Party: third-party (Meta).

4. How These Technologies Are Used

  • Analytics (GA4): aggregated, statistical information about how visitors use the Site. We do not use GA4 to identify you individually.

  • Advertising & retargeting (Meta Pixel): lets us measure which ads led to a Site visit or an inquiry, and lets Meta show our ads to you or similar audiences on Meta's platforms. This is advertising measurement and targeting — it does not involve selling your personal information.

5. How to Control Cookies

  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, or notify you before a cookie is set. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions (the exact steps vary by browser and device). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working correctly.

  • Google Analytics opt-out. You can install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent GA4 from using your data.

  • Meta ad preferences. You can manage how Meta uses your data for ads through Meta's own ad preferences settings, if you have a Meta account.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as your request to turn off non-essential tracking (analytics and advertising cookies) for that visit, regardless of where you're located.

  • Cookie preferences on our site. You can manage your analytics and advertising cookie choices directly through the cookie settings on our site.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, including as our use of cookies and tracking technologies changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
